The choice is elementary - one that will help your school's bottom line by effectively controlling workers' compensation costs.
DISCOVER THE PICS ADVANTAGE!
The Pennsylvania Insurance Consortium for Schools (PICS) is a non-profit association that provides risk management and insurance programs to Pennsylvania school districts, intermediate units, vocational schools and other educational institutions.
PICS is managed by a Board of Governors, elected by members and composed of Pennsylvania school district business managers. The board meets quarterly to manage, negotiate, execute and improve its plans and contracts that affect members.
There are no fees or dues required to join PICS. By purchasing a PICS workers' compensation policy, you are automatically entitled to membership. As a member, you may cast your vote on any matter that comes before the membership. These are school programs and your participation is vital and welcomed.
A SOLID PROGRAM FOR SCHOOLS
AmeriHealth Casualty, one of the Pennsylvania's largest insurance providers, is the program underwriter. With an A.M. Best Rating of "A" Excellent, and a strong focus on claims management, risk control and cost containment, you can be assured your school is in great hands.
PICS is the only workers' compensation program partnering with PASBO!
Many of the schools in our program renew July 1 so begin your application today to become a PICS member. Contact your insurance agent, or if you don't have an agent, contact Tom Martone at 1.800.533.5271 to get started!
